1. Online help restructure
A project that had me audit and rework a help center to improve accuracy, navigability, SEO, and ease of use.
Skills showcased:
- Content audits – Identifying topics for editing, relocation, or removal, as well as gaps in content.
- User journey consolidation – Restructuring complex procedures for simpler navigability and to accommodate different levels of expertise.
- SME validation – Chairing expert reviews to identify obsolete content.
